Terms and Conditions for Gymstrology Session Purchases

By purchasing a session from Gymstrology LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them thoroughly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy A full 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. With less than 24 hours, the full session rate (100%) will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Right to Refuse Service Gymstrology and it's associates reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early, if the client behaves inappropriately or violates the gym's policies. Examples of reasons your session may be ended early include, but are not limited to, failing to follow safety instructions or inappropriate comments. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and all sessions in the package will be considered complete.

No Refunds All session purchases are final. No refunds will be provided, except on a case-by-case basis.

Safety Conditions

It is recommended that you arrive to your session with no rings or jewelry on, hair secured, flexible clothing such as leggings and a tank top, and closed-toe athletic shoes with a firm, flat sole. Failure to dress in accordance with safety recommendations, such as removing your shoes or keeping your rings on, is to be done at your own risk.

Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will immediately terminate the session, with no refunds given.

It is recommended that you arrive well hydrated and have eaten within the last couple hours, to prevent blood sugar issues. This does not constitute medical advice. Talk to your doctor about the nutrition strategy that's right for you.
