Two-Minute Protein Cheesecake Bowl
First off, I'll say this cheesecake is already well loved by the Gymstrology community. I put it on our IG story and people went nuts. I got multiple DM's raving about how good it is.

"I almost never make IG recipes but I made this one and wow it did not disappoint"
Since I came up with this recipe 3 weeks ago I've made it almost a dozen times (obsessed much?) and have served it to four people. A loud "MMMMM!" has been the unanimous first reaction.
Due to popular demand, I've decided to immortalize it on this blog. You're welcome in advance!
All you need is 6 ingredients (plus fruit), a blender, and an appetite. Eat this as a dessert or literally even just eat it as a meal. The macros are amazing.
Protein Cheesecake Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
4 Tbs PB2 cashew powder
2 stevia or monk fruit packets (or 2-3 tsp honey if you want some sugar)
Vanilla extract & cinnamon to taste
1/4 cup low-fat milk
Fruit of choice
Instructions:
Put the first 6 ingredients into a blender & blend till smooth. Add to 2-3 cups sliced peaches, berries, or bananas. If the sauce gets warm in the blender, put it in the fridge till it cools down.
Bonus Tip:
Add to frozen blueberries to satisfy an ice cream craving
Macros (just for the sauce, so you can choose your own fruit):
This recipe serves 1-2, but let's be real...you're gonna want the whole thing.
