Gymstrology Protein Pizza

Ingredients (Crust):

2 cans (12 oz each) canned chicken breast

2/3 cup finely-grated Parmesan cheese

3 large eggs

1 Tbs Italian seasoning

1 Tbs onion powder

1 Tbs garlic powder

1 tsp sea salt

Optional Toppings:

1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce or pesto

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Your favorite toppings (mushrooms, olives, lean ground turkey, etc.)

🧑‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat oven to 500°F (200°C).

Drain and fork-mash the canned chicken. Pat dry with paper towels to remove moisture.

In a bowl, combine chicken, Parmesan cheese, and egg whites. Mix until well combined.

Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a thin crust (about 1/4 inch thick).

Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until firm and golden brown.

Remove, add desired sauce and toppings, then bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let sit for 5-10 minutes, so crust will solidify. Slice and enjoy this Gymstrology recipe!
